ONESTAR MILK ANALYZERS is developed by Onestar Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the ONESTAR MILK ANALYZERS application.

This information is primarily stored locally on the user's device in the application's local database.
ONESTAR MILK ANALYZERS is designed to work offline. When the optional Google Backup & Sync feature is not being used, the application's data remains on the user's device and is not sent to any server operated by Onestar Private Limited. Onestar Private Limited does not operate a backend database or server that stores the user's dairy records.
The application provides an optional Backup & Sync feature. If a user chooses to connect a Google account, the application uses Google services to create and update a backup spreadsheet in that user's own Google Drive. The application requests the following Google permissions:
The Google account connection is optional. The application can be used without connecting a Google account.
When Backup & Sync is enabled, the application may synchronize the following application records to the user's Google Spreadsheet: Customer records, Milk collection records, Payment records, Purchase records. The application creates or uses a backup spreadsheet named OnestarMilkMeasure_Backup in the user's Google Drive. The application does not use the user's Google Drive to access unrelated files. The drive.file permission is used only for files created or managed by the application.
Certain information remains device-specific. Society Details entered in the application are not backed up through the normal Google synchronization process. Rate charts are also managed locally on each device and are not part of the normal incremental Backup & Sync process.
Google account access is used only to provide the application's optional Backup & Sync functionality. The application does not use Google account information for advertising or for unrelated purposes. Onestar Private Limited does not sell or rent users' Google account information or application records.
We do not sell, rent, or intentionally share users' application data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. The application's optional Backup & Sync functionality communicates with Google services so that the user's selected application data can be stored and synchronized in the user's own Google account.
Application data is stored locally on the user's device unless the user enables the optional Google Backup & Sync feature. When synchronization is enabled, the synchronized information is stored in the user's own Google account through Google Sheets. We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the application. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users can delete locally stored application data by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the application, subject to the behavior of their device and operating system. For data synchronized to Google Sheets, users can delete the backup spreadsheet from their own Google Drive. Users can also disconnect their Google account from the application's Backup & Sync feature. Disconnecting a Google account stops the application's connection to that account. It does not automatically guarantee deletion of an existing Google Spreadsheet; the user can delete the spreadsheet directly from Google Drive.
ONESTAR MILK ANALYZERS is a business and dairy record-management application and is not directed toward children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
