Dairy society record-keeping · works fully offline
ONESTAR MILK ANALYZERS is a mobile app built for dairy societies to record daily milk collection, calculate rates from FAT & SNF automatically, and print a receipt on the spot — even with no internet connection at the collection center.
What the app does
Record daily milk collection for each customer — FAT, SNF, weight, and price — in seconds per entry.
Keep customer codes, names, and phone numbers on the device, ready for every visit.
Track payments and purchase entries for the society, so accounts stay reconciled day to day.
Print a collection receipt on a connected thermal printer the moment an entry is recorded.
Set a rate chart once — the app calculates milk price from FAT/SNF automatically, no manual lookup.
Connect your own Google account to keep an automatic backup in a Google Sheet in your own Drive — entirely optional.
A collection entry, start to finish
Enter the customer's weight, FAT, and SNF readings from the analyzer — works with no signal, no internet.
The app looks up the price from your society's rate chart based on FAT/SNF, so nobody has to do the math by hand.
Send the entry straight to a connected thermal printer — the customer walks away with a receipt immediately.
If you've connected a Google account, the day's records sync to a Sheet in your own Drive — nothing is lost if the phone is damaged or replaced.
