Why offline-first

A dairy society can't pause collection because the internet is down. Every entry — weight, FAT, SNF, rate, and payment — is recorded and calculated directly on the device, and a receipt can print immediately on a connected thermal printer. There's no waiting on a server, and no lost entries if connectivity never shows up that day.

Accuracy at the point of collection

FAT/SNF-to-rate calculations are a common source of disputes at the collection counter. Once a society's rate chart is set up in the app, every entry is priced the same way, every time — removing manual lookup and arithmetic from the moment a customer is standing at the counter.

Your data stays yours

All records are stored on the device by default. Google backup is entirely optional: if a society chooses to connect their own Google account, records are copied to a Google Sheet inside their own Google Drive — not a server we operate. Read more in the Privacy Policy.
